Preparation:
There’s very little ‘study’ preparation you can undertake. To prepare for psychometric assessment, it is beneficial to look at relevant assessment websites and gain an understanding of the sorts of questions you may be asked and the types of formats to expect.

Remember to be as open and honest as you can before completing the assessments, especially the personality questionnaires. These assessments are all about ‘fit’ and matching the right person to the role. You want to make sure you are in a role which you enjoy and where you are able to make use of your strengths.
